Leadership
Paul Del Gallo is an expert in Global Risk Management with over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Consulting. Based in Boston Paul consults with Fortune 500 companies in the food, pharmaceutical, travel, consumer package goods, and energy industries. He consults on Business Intelligence and Strategy on “non-market” issues such as regulatory change, governmental agencies.
He was recruited by Cassandra Capital Partners, our investment group, in 2007, by Dr. Diermeier and joined the Diermeier Consulting Associates, now known as FirstSight, soon after. In 2010 Paul became the managing partner for both groups and has lead FirstSight through a decade of development of the intellectual property and proprietary processes.
Paul began his career in the Insurance and Reinsurance marketplace working in a variety of risk management roles including division leadership with companies The Hartford, Chubb, and Mars Inc. He served in key roles throughout the US, Latin America, The Caribbean, Asia Pacific, and Europe with long term secondments in Australia and England.
Paul holds a Finance Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Ken Sandifer is a chief executive with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of growing sales and profits in publicly-traded and private industry leading organizations. He has worked across complex domains such as medical devices, fire safety, and security in businesses ranging from entrepreneurial startups to mature Fortune 100 organizations.
Ken began his corporate career after serving as an officer in the Army Corps of Engineers. His background in acquiring, leading, and improving businesses includes time at Aramark, United Technology Corporation, and General Electric. Over his career, he has successfully led B2B product and service businesses with demanding client quality requirements.
His M&A experience across small and large acquisition targets provides him unique insight into growing businesses of different sizes and cultures, having overseen more than a dozen acquisitions ranging from $10M to $100M in sales.
Ken has had proven success in creating high performance teams through strong vision setting, building authentic leaders, and aligning goals to achieve business results. He brings this expertise to client engagements, assisting leaders in change management and sustainable results.
